The Backlot: A Versatile Production Space Our Backlot offers a range of dynamic looks, perfect for film, TV, commercials, and photo shoots. With both outdoor and indoor settings, this space is able to be designed and customized to accommodate your creative vision. Backlot Features Outdoor Areas Loading Dock Parking Lot Alleyway Elevated Walkway Corridor Indoor Areas Loading Dock Offices Breakroom Bathrooms (2 included) Warehouse Window Wall Amenities The Backlot includes two indoor bathrooms and a kitchen area. Sections can be closed off to create support spaces like hair/makeup, wardrobe, or production offices. For larger productions, you can rent our full studio campus for additional amenities, including Cyc and Blackbox Stages. Additional Information The Backlot rental includes all features listed but does not include our front studio spaces (Cyc Stage and Blackbox Stage or their amenities). These spaces can be booked separately for full campus access. Truck Access: No large grip or lighting trucks are permitted. Vans are OK. If you need additional equipment, we offer top-tier gear rentals at competitive rates. Large trucks require a separate parking lot rental.
