With 1500 square feet of shootable, event, show space to utilize as you please, its the perfect place for video production, photography, private music, celebratory events, podcast recording and more! Two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and an HMU glam room are included in addition to a dj/sound booth. Any and all set up and tear down times -must- be included in the rental. Please be sure to request a time slot based on all your needs. Street Parking is available and a load in space can be secured by request.
