Suburban Creative Studio and Event Space

Welcome to The Apartment Creative Studio! Our versatile studio space, perfectly located just outside of Old Town Arvada, is designed to cater to both lifestyle and commercial photography, podcast hosting, as well as hosting private events. Our thoughtfully designed space is equipped with state of the art technology to help bring your creative concepts to life. Within our walls, you will find two distinct set areas. The front of the studio takes its inspiration from our home decor. Textured walls, hardwood floors, leather furniture and plenty of plants help the area feel cozy while maintaining flexibly to shape the space to your project needs. The rear of the studio is designed with maximum customization in mind. You will have access to our seemless backdrop wall, styled kitchen scene, as well as two bathrooms and plenty of seating to arrange your own podcast scene. The rear of the studio as contains an 85" smart TV for any presentations, seminars, or short film screenings. The Apartment is stocked with both strobe and flash units as well as a variety of modifiers to help you create the exact lighting set up that you have in mind. We do stock a variety of triggers in order to help make connection to your native camera system a breeze.
