The layout includes a large stage area with quiet AC, WiFi, and a bay door for easy load-ins, as well as a secondary space ideal for photography, small-scale productions, or as additional office space. The amenities ensure comfort and efficiency, with a working lounge, kitchenette, makeup and wardrobe room, and a bathroom with shower. Unique features include a motion control robot with operator for precision shots, an on-site prop house with curated inventory, and convenient access to diverse backlot locations near Austin and San Antonio. At The Budio, we prioritize cleanliness and safety to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for all productions. Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every booking in accordance with local health and safety regulations. This includes: • Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, equipment, and common areas. • Cleaning all amenities, including the makeup and wardrobe room, kitchenette, and bathrooms. • Proper disposal of waste and replacement of trash liners. • Ensuring air circulation and ventilation systems meet recommended standards. We take pride in maintaining a clean, professional space so you can focus on your production with peace of mind.
