This property features a 400 sq. ft. 1920s barn with 13' vaulted ceilings and a 420 sq. ft. 1920's cabin back house with 10' vaulted ceilings, set amidst a beautifully landscaped backyard adorned with California native and drought-tolerant plants, complemented by natural gravel in varying textures and sizes. Although the main house is not available on Peerspace, the exterior areas are open for your use. These include a country-rustic back porch with zinc and skylight panels, offering a dreamy, nostalgic ambiance in the heart of the city. You’ll also have access to the charming front porch, the front yard, and the gardens, which feature California native plants, fruit trees, a flourishing garden, and a cactus garden.

Sanitizing high-touch surfaces: We pay extra attention to frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and remote controls, using effective disinfectants. Deep-cleaning the floors: Whether it's hardwood, tile, or carpet, we ensure the floors are spotless, vacuumed, and mopped where necessary. Restroom sanitation: Our restrooms are cleaned and disinfected, with all surfaces wiped down and restocked with fresh supplies for your comfort. Linen and furniture: All linens, pillows, and seating are cleaned or sanitized as needed, ensuring they are fresh and welcoming for your event. Air quality: We ensure ample ventilation to outdoor spaces, allowing fresh air to circulate and maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. Air purifiers are also used where needed.
