The iconic ZeyZey nightclub is across the street Logistics We have 2 studios always available for booking: Studio A- 1500 square feet - Dance Vision Flex floor- stilettos and hard soles not allowed -State-of-the-art sound system -blackout curtains - private entrance - full mirror wall Studio B -Custom hard floor- all footwear allowed - private entrance -full mirror wall -600 square feet Main Ballroom - 2000 square feet -only available with the buyout, not available for separate rental Parking is included with rentals during regular operating hours. There is a bus stop right in front of the building for easy public transportation. Forty chairs and five 6-foot tables are available upon request.
