Built in 1940, the 4,000-square-foot facility is rooted in the Los Angeles music world, and its aesthetic reflects that. Warm tones populate the space, such as a claret-colored leather couch in one room, jade-colored wallpaper in another, and Persian rugs scattered on the floors. The facility includes a bright, welcoming communal space and kitchen. A fun and engaging backdrop for a variety of productions.
