Welcome to my art studio! There is 1,500sqft of space. Sink in studio along with kitchenette. Freight elevator in building. Shared bathroom down the hall. Tons of natural light. If you want to hide the art that is on the walls you may pull the curtains across it. The curtains are long and white. Professional cleaner once a week. As well as keeping the bookings spaced out enough so there is sufficient time to keep it clean.
