Our 6,000-square-foot modern home on Mercer Island is the perfect space for your offsite, workshop, retreat, or production needs. It features walls of glass, concrete, steel, and wood and expansive views of Lake Washington, Seattle, Bellevue, and the mountains. Beautiful daylight is ideal for photo and video productions, and the property is landscaped and located on a quiet, quaint private lane. We have previously hosted corporate executive interviews, corporate training videos, clothing and product photoshoots, and corporate workshops. USAGE FOR PRODUCTION You are welcome to bring your props and move easily movable furniture as long as the crew is very careful of the items and returns the home to the same condition it was upon your arrival. The house is very open and has many large doors, so it is easy to move equipment around. It has phenomenal natural light (including skylights in most rooms plus automated shades on many windows). Please note that pricing includes access to two levels of the house (main level and lower level) but excludes access to five private bedrooms on the three upper levels (but may be included, if needed, for an additional cost). Please get in touch with us with details of your shoot for exact pricing. USAGE FOR OFFSITES/WORKSHOPS/BOARD MEETINGS We have a 10-seat dining table that can be used for board meetings and workshops. Two comfortable lounge areas on the main floor are suitable for breakouts, plus an undercover lounge area outside (heated) and two additional outdoor areas (deck and fire pit area). There is a lower-level lounge room suitable for meetings and breakouts. THE HOME Architecturally designed and recently built 5-level home on 1+ acres with some of Seattle's most phenomenal views. Located on a quiet tree-lined private lane and is beautifully landscaped. The main level of the home features a living area wrapped in glass walls and opening to a deck and outdoor area, with combined living, dining, and kitchen (all with water views), a separate family room (with huge 75" SMART TV with HDMI inputs, floor to ceiling fireplace), half bath, floor to ceiling closets, impressive entryway with oversized door and windows, and mudroom. There are two kitchens. The main kitchen has a massive island with stone and blackened steel, with espresso and white oak cabinetry, two sinks, an integrated fridge/freezer, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a double convection oven. Adjoining the main kitchen is a butler's kitchen with a third sink and a second dishwasher, preparation, and storage. The lower level (with access to the garden through sliding doors) has an additional half bath, an open entertaining area, and a 75" SMART TV with HDMI inputs. THE YARD This enormous 1+ acre landscaped lot contains multiple flat, grassed areas, manicured gardens, a lower-level orchard, and a separate enclosed vegetable garden. The adjacent tennis court is not included in the rental. The front entry garden to the house is impressive with concrete pavers and a modern aesthetic. There are several outdoor areas including an impressive viewing deck (and outdoor dining area), an outdoor covered seating area (with overhead heaters) that adjoins the family room, and an additional outdoor covered seating area on the lower level, which goes straight to the yard. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Mercer Island is one of Seattle's most prestigious locations. We are surrounded by beautiful homes and are located on the western side of the Island, giving us plenty of natural light and magnificent views of Seattle and Bellevue, Lake Washington, and the mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are some of the most beautiful in the world. The house is located in a private lane with other large properties, so you will have plenty of room and it's very quiet. It's extremely safe and feels like an oasis, hard to believe it's 15 minutes from Seattle and Bellevue. There is a small shopping area with a well-equipped grocery store, boutique shops, hair and nail salons, and places to eat, within half a mile. There are multiple hiking trails close by and many fun events at the north end of the Island like the weekly Farmers Market in the summer. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please note: 1. As we live on a private lane, please be cognizant of the neighborhood and neighboring properties. 2. While we have parking at our property and it's also available on the public street, please do not park on or near any of our neighbors' properties or block the private lane. 3. The five bedrooms (plus adjoining bathrooms) can be booked but are not automatically included in the rental. 4.
