All 4 rooms have queen-size beds and there is a sofa lounge and two king singles. The house and surrounds are filled with pot plants and tastefully decorated. The house is very private with high fences, trees and greenery, making it extremely private. It has a remote-control garage for easy access. There ia a grassed area next to the pool, which is great for BBQs. There are sun lounges by the pool. The side patio has a large wooden table and seating for 10. The back yard has a big area for more sunning on lounges or a separate chill out space. Lots of un-metered parking out the front in a wide street. Very quiet neighbourhood, but very close to the action of Surfers and Broadbeach. A 15 min walk to the light rail station at Monaco St.
