The kind of space where guests walk in, look around, and immediately want a photo. The Stage The centerpiece is our 36 × 24 ft cyc stage with 15-foot ceilings and a seamless corner wall. It comes pre-lit with eight color-programmable RGBWW panels — warm amber for a cocktail hour, your brand color for an activation, deep blue for an evening reception. Control everything from a provided iPad with dozens of pre-set lighting effects. No lighting crew required. Capacity: up to 50 guests standing, 30 seated. Everything Else Every booking includes our full support footprint: lobby, conference room, kitchen, hair and makeup room, and color suite — an additional 1,000 sq ft for guests to spread into and your team to operate from. Or bring your own vendors — either works. 🚨 Booking & Building Rules — Read Before Booking To ensure your event is safe and legally compliant, all guests must strictly follow these platform and local rules. 👥 Strict Capacity Limits * 49 Person Max Capacity: Our total building occupancy is strictly capped at 49 people maximum for all event types. * Why the Limit?: Local fire codes require multiple pedestrian swinging doors for larger crowds. * Rollup Door Rule: The large overhead rollup door cannot be used as a legal emergency exit. * Keep Exits Clear: Do not block doors, hallways, or the garage load-in bay at any time. 🕒 Hours & Timeline * 12:00 AM Hard Out: All social events must completely end and be fully cleaned up by midnight. * Book Setup & Cleanup: Your booking time must include your setup and cleanup hours. * Overtime Fees: Remaining in the space past your booked time triggers a 1.5x hourly rate penalty. 🔊 Redmond Noise Ordinance * 10:00 PM Volume Drop: Music volume and heavy bass must be turned down significantly at 10:00 PM. * Bass Restriction: Music cannot be loudly heard or felt from 50 feet outside the building. * Keep Doors Closed: The rollup garage door must remain fully closed during late-night events. 🥂 Alcohol Policy (BYOB) * Private Events Only: You cannot sell alcohol, sell event tickets, or charge a cover fee at the door. * Banquet Permit Required: You must buy a $10 WA State Banquet Permit and post it in the room. * No Underage Drinking: No one under 21 may consume alcohol anywhere on the property. 📋 Insurance & Safety * Insurance Certificate (COI): You must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming our studio as additionally insured. * No Pyrotechnics: Smoke machines, sparklers, and fireworks are strictly banned indoors and outdoors. * Protect the Gear: Food and drinks are strictly prohibited on the main stage and near production gear.
