The home itself offers charming interior spaces accented by antiques and modernized touches. There is a lovely fireplace and living area which flow seamlessly into the expansive back yard. The 6000 square foot back yard surrounds a 75 year old Chinese Elm Tree which brings shade and ambience. In the corner of the yard, you will find a charming vegetable garden and a modern fire-pit. Behind the hedges in the front yard, you are greeted with fruit and avocado trees leading to the front dutch door. Finally, inside the garage is original Family Owned 1970 Mercedes 280SE Cabriolet Convertible to be used in any shoot.
