We offer 3 different layouts: Open Concept, Coworking/Content Creation, Basic Office Space Central location with access to retail and restaurants, Front door parking, 1-2 restrooms (depending on space), Near FWCS and Concordia Lutheran, Build-to-Suit, Central Heating and Air, Security System, High Traffic/Walkscore, and High Visibility.
