Brand new house with comfy seating

The home is brand new and updated inside and I am offering the space for meetings, group classes, support groups, and photo shoots (Adult content is strictly prohibited). The home is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with brand new updated kitchen, and gray wood floors throughout. The space includes a table for 4, 2 barstools, 2 chairs, and a two person couch. This space is perfect for group classes, photo shoots, baby showers or meetings. There is a private backyard that is fenced in with patio and seating for two.
