Pre-Meeting Cleanliness: • Our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the space before each booking, including: • Tables, chairs, and other furniture • A/V equipment, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces • Bathrooms and common areas • Cleaning supplies, such as disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer, will be available for your use during your reservation. During Your Meeting: • Trash Disposal: Please use the provided trash and recycling bins for all waste. • Spills: Clean up any spills immediately using the cleaning supplies provided to prevent stains or damage. Post-Meeting Responsibilities: We ask that guests leave the space in the same condition as it was provided. Please: 1. Dispose of all trash in the bins provided and bag any waste. 2. Wipe down tables and surfaces with the provided disinfectant wipes. 3. Reset furniture to its original arrangement. 4. Power down and return any A/V equipment to its original state. 5. Check the room for personal belongings before leaving.
