Cleaning & Damage Policy 🧹 Basic Cleaning Required – Renters must remove trash, clean up spills, and leave the space tidy. A mandatory cleaning fee ($150 - $250) will apply. 🔨 Damage Fees – Any damage to the church property (walls, furniture, equipment) will be deducted from the security deposit. 🚮 Trash Disposal – All trash must be placed in designated bins. If excess trash removal is required, an additional $50 fee may apply.
