This is a famous, historic California horse ranch with rolling hills, trails, event spaces, barns, and lush pastures. The history goes back to 1950 where one woman took over the male dominated world of "cutting" when she won the world championship. Not only was she the first woman to win but she did it on the first Arabian horse to ever win. This set her up as the "go to" breeder of Arabian champions and made this ranch the most famous Araian horse breeding ranch in the world. Today, the bloodline of 70% of Arabian horses in the USA come from this property. Perfect for filming, corporate and wedding events. Over 200 acres can be accessed which includes ocean view trails for cocktail events.
