Versatile Studio Space for Dance, Martial Arts, Events & More This listing is for our smaller studio space, ideal for a variety of activities, including dance, Zumba, fitness classes, rehearsals, and martial arts. The space is also well-suited for photoshoots, small classes, workshops, lectures, and more. Layout & Features: • 850 sq. ft. rectangular space with an open floor plan • One mirrored wall, perfect for movement-based activities • Wood flooring for a clean and comfortable training surface • Benches for seating or resting between sessions • Optional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mats that can be rolled out to cover most of the room for martial arts, tumbling, or floor-based activities. (see Add-ons) Amenities: • Wifi • Two restrooms on-site, one in the women’s locker room and one unisex • Sound system for music and audio needs This is a flexible and private space that can be tailored to suit your needs. Our studio is kept clean on a regular basis. Every evening the bathrooms are cleaned and if needed we clean them during the day as well. The floors are cleaned every evening as well.
