The space comfortably seats up to 120 guests for a formal event or accommodates 130 guests in a cocktail-style setting. For larger gatherings, the entire venue can host up to 200 people. We also offer versatile spaces for smaller breakouts or intimate conversations, ensuring your event can flow seamlessly from one area to another. Plus, our Underground Tavern offers a unique area for mingling and relaxation, with a full-service bar and light bites available. Team House Event Space stands out with its state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance for your event. The venue is also fully customizable, with catering, bar services, and event planning at your fingertips. The addition of our Underground Tavern, opening this February, offers an exclusive atmosphere with great drinks and vibes, perfect for after-event mingling or a pre-event cocktail hour. As a brand new venue, we take cleanliess and hygiene very seriously. To ensure the highest standards, we have partnered with a professional cleaning company that handles all aspects of venue maintenance. Before and after each event, our team thoroughly cleans every area, from the event space to restrooms, ensuring a pristine environment for our guests. The space is sanitized with top-grade, eco-friendly products to guarantee a fresh and safe atmosphere. We pride ourselves on providing a spotless venue, so you can focus on enjoying your event without worry.

Estándar de 30 días
