Instructions for Engage Event Center. - Please share this information with everyone that will assist you with setting up and cleaning up! TO OPEN: Use the keypad above the door handle to activate the code - SENT DAY OF EVENT. Once you open the door, there is a turn piece you will need to turn to a horizontal position so it remains unlocked during the event. PARKING: Please ensure that your guests do NOT park in spaces that are clearly designated for other businesses (Zahler for example) to avoid being towed at the guest's expense. All other open spots are available. Wi-Fi and other details: there is an orange folder on the ledge in the main room with the Wi-Fi password (connectandgrow) and general information. Tables/Chairs: If you have arranged for Engage Event Center Staff to set up/clean up - you can disregard. Please return the 8 tables and 50 chairs to the storage room as originally found. Any used tablecloths can be left on the floor next to the table in the lobby. Please see the attached check in / out list for further instructions. TRASH: you can leave in the trash cans (adjacent to the storage room) with all the bags tied up. There is a dumpster on the back side of the building (out the door, to the left, around the corner) if you wish to take the trash out. Please ensure the correct green and black bin is used.(NOT the smaller yellow/green recycle bin ) Please do NOT use the Privately Owned dumpster wagon that is in the front of the building or you will be fined. TO LOCK UP Engage Event Center: To lock the center, the “turn piece” on the inside of the door should be turned to the vertical position. If you used the mat to prop the outer door open, please move the mat and ensure the door is secured. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR BELONGINGS! **PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DOOR TO ENGAGE EVENT CENTER IS LOCKED!!**
