It also features a cold plunge, an 8 person traditional sauna, a Co-working space with a large conference room table and white boards for executive meetings as well as private yoga/stretching space in our upstairs mezzanine. Quotes and affirmations are visible throughout the facilities to speak life into each guest, custom art work, large mirrors and custom lighting adorn the space as well as a custom metal quote wall for great aesthetic background for any event or photos.
