We are offering a modern industrial-style photography and event studio located in the heart of downtown Danvers. This spacious 1,800+ square foot venue is ideal for photography shoots, events, and creative projects. The main area features stunning exposed brick walls that add character and a stylish, rustic charm to any photoshoot or gathering. In addition to the large open space, the venue includes three versatile rooms: a Karaoke/Media Room for entertainment or presentations, a Flex Space that can be tailored to your specific needs, and a well-equipped wardrobe room for costumes, wardrobe changes, and preparation. This space is perfect for photographers, event planners, or anyone in need of a unique, adaptable venue for special occasions, photoshoots, or creative events. Its downtown location provides easy access and plenty of parking. In addition to the spacious layout, we also provide a few tables and chairs on-site, making it even more convenient for your event or photoshoot needs. Whether you're hosting a meeting, special event, or require seating for a photography session, our venue is fully equipped to accommodate your guests comfortably. The mix of industrial style with practical amenities ensures a seamless and stylish experience for your event or shoot.

Studio will be cleaned and ready for your use/event. After your event concludes, you must take out everything you brought in, including furniture, equipment, decorations, and any other materials. This is a key part of the "carry-in, carry-out" policy—nothing should be left behind that was not in the space proportionally to your arrival. Clean Floors and Surfaces: Sweep and wipe down all surfaces to restore the space to its original condition. Dispose of Waste Properly: Any disposable items (such as food packaging, decorations, or trash generated during the event) should be placed in the dumpster on-site. Make sure everything is discarded properly, including any non-recyclable items. Return the Space to Its Original State: Ensure that all furniture, equipment, and decorations are removed, and the space is left as it was found, clean and clear of any event remnants.
