A newly renovated kitchen with a center island offers a modern backdrop, perfect for serving refreshments or catering setups. Just off the main living area, an enclosed back porch provides a quiet retreat that can be used as a study space, reading nook, or breakout area. The basement level is a flexible open space, making it ideal for photography sessions, creative productions, and intimate networking events. While the basement has minimal natural light, its open layout offers adaptability for various uses. For convenience, guests have access to three bathrooms—a full hallway bathroom upstairs, a half bath on the main level, and a restroom with a sink in the basement. CAPACITY AND SEATING This space comfortably accommodates 10-20 guests. Seating is limited, so guests should expect a mix of seated and standing arrangements. We allot for buffered time to clean between daily bookings. However, please be advised that you are expected to also clean up after yourself and to leave the space as close to clean manner you found it as possible.
