Inside you’ll find 1800 sq ft of chic and playful decor including a unique blend of mid-century modern and postmodern vintage furniture, one-of-a-kind artworks, an art deco bar, two vintage wallpapered bathrooms, a retro kitchen, and trendy muted jewel tone walls which will serve as an eye-catching backdrop for your next photo or video shoot. Lots of PROPS: tons of books, records, vintage glassware, designer kitchenware, decorative linens and throws, even fresh fruit and flower arrangements (for additional cost). It’s a great space for campaigns or flat-lay product shots! We welcome small teams (up to 20) that are respectful of the home and neighborhood.
