Depending of the scope of any performance and/or event production, a different rate must be applied and may need to book in this Event listing. Bookings for ANY type of performance with a small audience (no more than 35 people) require more extensive setup, which includes a mandatory in-house RSVP process (list to be shared with client) and/or professional equipment. There are further steps involved which must be arranged at least two weeks in advance. Thank you for respecting the intimate and limited scope of the space. A South Austin performance studio lab perfect for theater and dance rehearsals, vocal coaching, movement training, band practice, social club meet-ups, private events, and potential small-audience performances upon review. Nonprofit arts organizations are welcome here. The space is 650 square feet with the rehearsal area at 19' x 22'. There is one bathroom with sink. The garden area outside can be used for greeting guests or general relaxation and conversation.
