Large windows on front and side allow for a lot of natural light during the day or background amibience in the evening. Neighbours include a indie pizza shop and local barbers. Can be used for photo/video shoots as well as intimate clubs/meet ups/ community meetings. Peviously used for community neighbourhood meetings, movie shorts and games nights and book launches.
