Event Space Pricing Breakdown Rental Rates: Weekend (Friday–Sunday): $1,500 per day Weekday (Monday–Thursday): $200 per hour Additional Fees: Cleanup Fee: $200 (Refundable after a satisfactory inspection post-event) Deposit: $200 (Non-refundable; applied toward the total balance) Our new location in Norwalk, CT, is a versatile and dynamic space designed for creativity, collaboration, and community. With an open-concept layout that accommodates up to 300 people, this space is perfect for events, workshops, and gatherings of all kinds. One of our standout features is the multimedia room, a fully adaptable environment built for video production, podcasting, and any other creative projects we bring to life. Whether it’s content creation, live streaming, or brainstorming sessions, this room is designed to support innovation and storytelling. For added convenience, our space includes a kitchenette and a bathroom, ensuring comfort for everyone who visits. Plus, we’re centrally located—just steps away from the Norwalk bus station, the Norwalk Public Library, and several great food spots, making it easy to access and enjoy the surrounding area. At our new space, we’re creating more than just a workspace—we’re building a hub for innovation, creativity, and community engagement.
