This property is nestled in large trees, providing privacy. It has a resort like vibe with palm trees, in ground pool, and beach sand volleyball court. In addition, it has an outdoor kitchen, outdoor seating and tables with a bar . There’s plenty of tables and chairs enough to accommodate 20+ individuals. There’s a gazebo with seating for individuals sensitive to the sun and a covered patio so that activities can continue even in inclement weather. Inside the space is a multipurpose room that is set up as a theater room. It has a 190 inch movie screen, projector and theater seating, but upon request can be converted to a small conference room that can accommodate up to 20 persons. Overnight accommodations can be requested. Additional fees and requirements apply. For overnight accommodations there is a per night, accommodation fee, cleaning fee, resort fee, and linen fee. In addition guest must have positive written reviews from previous stays at other vacation rentals. Attached to the main area of the house is a sunroom with a panoramic view . The pool is open March 1st to December1st. Dogs are allowed, on the property, fees apply. The space is handicap accessible. It has a ramp to the main yard and a path around the property that is wheelchair compatible. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and located near many conveniences. There is a commuter transit bus, Uber, and Lyft, transportation services in the area. The property is located 15 minutes from the Rocky Mount sport complex and event center. The property is also centrally located near other major towns and cities to include, Raleigh, Durham, and Wilson North Carolina, or less than 50 minutes away.
