If you are looking for a retro vibe, or the home of a very classy grandmother, this is the space for you. This 1970s time capsule home is a blast from the past, boasting original features like vintage shag carpets and era-specific detailing and furniture. It's perfectly suited for productions set in the 1970s, 1980s, or 1990s. The bespoke entryway adds a unique touch, while the low-ceiling kitchen offers a cozy space. Relax by the fireplace or enjoy the spacious yard and large back porch. It's a perfect blend of retro charm and comfortable living. The space is highly versatile and available for a variety of film and photography projects. It's perfect for features, shorts, music videos, commercials, promos, B-roll footage, etc., as well as for family, fashion, and product photo shoots. Please read our house rules carefully: -No nudity, pornographic, risqué, excessively profane, horror, or occult material to be filmed on the property. -No more than 12 crew/performers to be on the property at one time, unless approved by owner. -All crew, except for the performers, must either take off their footwear or use shoe coverings (which we provide). -Owner must be present for all filming. -This is an old family home, so all performers and crew members must show respect for the property and furniture.
