Charming Historic Home with Modern Decor

Our delightful three-bedroom, two bathroom historic home is nestled right between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island beach. We lovingly restored this Southern classic (built in 1901) with its original hardwood floors and sky-high ceilings. Natural light pours in from the windows and keeps the space bright and airy. As you enter from the sweet front porch (a staple for any Savannah house!), you'll open the door to a gracious sitting room. You'll immediately sense the home's perfect mix of historical atmosphere and modern taste. Feel free to hang up your coat and put a record on. We encourage all kinds of cooking in the full kitchen. The open dining area provides a lovely space for get togethers, meetings, and film/photo shoots. We've supplied all the essential cooking equipment, you bring the ingredients and some imagination. You'll discover three bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queens, and two full bathrooms. We especially love our cozy writing nook, with desk and comfy chair. The home features a washer and dryer, TV with access to streaming (no cable), and ample linens and toiletries. The Wi-Fi is quick and easy to access. Powerful A/C keeps you cool for long meetings and productions. The house is on the same property as an Airbnb listing, which sits about 65 feet behind it, but there are no shared spaces between the two. Guests have access to the entire house. You'll use a keypad with a code for entry, and our spacious parking area provides ample parking for your vehicles. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It is close to a busy road and a fire station, so there is some occasional ambient noise. It stays pretty quiet in the evenings, however. We do ask that guests and production teams respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
