The space features abundant natural light, making it ideal for photography projects, and can accommodate up to 35 guests with comfortable seating for 26. Whether you're hosting a small gathering, a workshop, or a meeting, this studio provides a flexible environment to suit your needs. It also comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, complimentary warm and cold beverages, and a full dish set for up to 8 people. For those working on creative projects, the studio offers a backdrop stand with various paper options, and private storage is available for your convenience. Additionally, there’s a full private bathroom on-site for your group’s comfort. With everything you need to ensure a seamless experience, this studio is the perfect choice for your next event or creative endeavor.

We prioritize the cleanliness and safety of our space, ensuring a comfortable environment for all our renters. Our studio is professionally cleaned multiple times a week between bookings to maintain a high standard of hygiene. In addition, we kindly ask that each renter take responsibility for cleaning up and wiping down after their booking, leaving the space in good condition for the next guest. We provide cleaning supplies to make this process as easy as possible. This helps us maintain a fresh and welcoming space while adhering to our commitment to cleanliness for everyone’s peace of mind. Our open concept space also allows for distancing when needed.

Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva hasta 7 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso completo (incluidas todas las comisiones) del coste de su reserva. Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva entre 7 días y 24 horas antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso del 50 % (excluyendo las comisiones) del coste de su reserva.
