It has recently been upgraded at the cost of nearly $200,000 and has a lot of options that are not common in my area, including a 30‘ x 7‘ country style porch, a putting green and patio cover in the backyard, artificial turf, front, and back with a paved driveway, all new paint floors, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom flooring. As well as brand new electrical and plumbing. Also has a new laundry and walk in pantry. Huge backyard with a shed as well. Tons of space for filming.

The house will be clean upon entry and of course, during any filming processes, you are welcome to keep up with whatever you feel comfortable to make the environment safe for those that you’re bringing in to work in our home
