The interior with an open concept layout provides many backdrops in one line of view. A cozy living area to shoot a couple's home session, a commercial equipped kitchen to provide for a family dinner party, 2 bedrooms to suit your slumber party needs, and a dinning space to host your game night. The Warehouse also has a 400 square foot terrace providing you views of the Windsor Downtown Core. Whether you want to catch the Ford Fireworks from above, or say your 'I Do's" with a unique skyline surrounding, this outdoor addition to the space expands the utility for our guests! Host run the use of this space on a strict schedule. The schedule is spaced out to accommodate the proper cleaning procedures to ensure each guests stay is safe and comfortable. Following larger capacity events, additional cleaning protocols are in place to ensure the space remains pristine. There is a storage room located in the space that guests have access to. In this room they can find a bulk stock of cleaning products, vacuum, garbage and recycling receptacles, swifter wet jet, extra garbage bags, paper towels, cloths etc. We encourage guest to use these items during the duration of their stay if they feel their guests are not caring for the space to hosts standards.
