Parking Free parking is available with drive-up access for up to two vehicles. Lighting Unique lighting is provided to support your photography and videography needs. Sound The set is not soundproof. If audio is needed, a wireless Bluetooth speaker is available for rental. Space Access Access requires a gate code and unit code, provided upon booking. Electrical Power is limited to the lighting system; additional power-dependent equipment cannot be supported. Host Rules Booking Time Arrive in the parking lot up to 10 minutes before your booking start time. Contact the host upon arrival to gain entry. Booking time includes setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Exceeding the booking time will incur additional fees. A 30-minute buffer between bookings ensures the space is cleaned for the next session. Time Extensions Extensions may be available based on the studio's schedule. Notify us as soon as possible to confirm availability. Music Music can be played via phone, laptop, or Bluetooth speaker. Maintain a respectful volume level. Disruptive behavior will result in fines and removal. Studio speaker rentals are available. Furniture & Props Furniture must remain in place; only props may be moved. Return props to their original positions to avoid a $25 fee. Shoes are not permitted on furniture. Studio Lights Turn off all lights and securely close the front door upon exiting. Non-compliance will result in a $50 fee. Guests A $10 per person, per hour fee applies for unapproved guests beyond the agreed limit. Smoking & Fire Smoking is only permitted outside. Open flames and illegal substances are prohibited. Security Protocols Adherence to check-in guidelines is mandatory. Unlocked doors will result in a $50 penalty. Ensure the studio door is locked upon departure. Food & Beverages Eating and drinking are not permitted in sets. Stains or spills will incur a $45 fee. Prohibited Activities No nudity, adult content, glitter, or confetti is allowed. Smoke machines are permitted only in Set B. Age Restrictions Guests must be 21+ years or older. Security Cameras Cameras are active on-site, excluding bathrooms and dressing rooms, adhering to the Peerspace Services Agreement.
