Before the Event The banquet hall is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including floors, tables, chairs, and common areas. Restrooms are cleaned, stocked with essential supplies, and checked for proper functioning. All high-touch surfaces (door handles, railings, light switches) are disinfected. Kitchen and bar areas are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected for food safety compliance. During the Event Dedicated staff will monitor restrooms and common areas, ensuring cleanliness and replenishment of supplies. Spills and messes will be promptly addressed to maintain safety and hygiene. Trash bins will be checked and emptied as needed. After the Event All tables, chairs, and event furniture will be wiped down and sanitized. Floors will be swept, mopped, and vacuumed as needed. Restrooms will undergo a deep clean, and all used supplies will be restocked. Trash and waste will be properly disposed of, following local health regulations. Any rental equipment or decorations provided by the venue will be checked, cleaned, and stored. Additional Measures For events with food service, all kitchen equipment and serving areas will be sanitized per food safety guidelines. Deep cleaning is conducted weekly, ensuring high standards of hygiene. Special cleaning requests can be accommodated with prior notice.
