Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed. If space is not restored to the original condition, an additional cleaning fee and/or any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva entre 90 y 14 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso del 50 % (excluyendo las comisiones) del coste de su reserva.
