Our gorgeous space was recently a featured article in the Hartford Courant! We are located in a historic mill that has a variety of eclectic businesses. Our lovely space can be used for a variety array of offerings: Content Creation, Workshops, Wellness/Holistic offerings, Classes, Trainings, Team Building Activities, Networking, Conferences, Photography, Friendly Competitions, or a Retreat Day! (We have had Content Creators, Speaking Events, Networking Events, Retreat Leaders, National Conferences, Healers, Photographers, and even popular restaurants, such as, BEARS BBQ, rent our versatile space! Our elegant studio is approximately 1,200 sq ft of mostly open space, that includes a smaller room that is attached that can be used as a Check-in area, and/or a break space, etc. The whole space is truly gorgeous and captivating. It features high ceilings, wood floors, and large windows for natural light to shimmer through. The room is neutrally and tastefully decorated. Our unique and special space is classy, but comfortable. We offer customizable seating options, including moveable chairs, cushions, and height-adjustable desks. This provides adaptability and for the opportunity of movement to be incorporated into programing. If you have a spark for creativity, we are also able to provide tables for collaborative, or creative projects to be brought to life. If the great outdoors is your style, you can take a break in nature, as our location is nestled next to the beautiful Bigelow Brooks trail. You are able to include an option of incorporating our nearby lush outdoor surroundings to your agenda. -Rental reservation comes with options of use of: Wi-Fi, 11 foldable six feet tables, table clothes, 45 white stackable Chairs, Multiple Desks, Projector, Projector Screen, Floor seating/Cushions, yoga mats, bluetooth speaker, microphone, Keurig machine, Small Fridge, & Microwave. -Please note that there is a corner section of the room that has arch dividers in which unused items are stored. -Renter may choose to set up their own bought packaged snacks, or catering by a licensed caterer, at their own expense. -On-site Parking!
