Original architectural details like a tiered art deco tray ceiling, glossy, black hardwood floors, and wainscoting are intact and thoughtfully accentuated by period-specific décor. The style, type, and placement of flowers may vary based on availability and timing. If floral arrangements are important to your production and you'd like to guarantee their presence, we offer the option to provide custom arrangements for an additional fee. These can be tailored to your color palette and creative direction — just send us inspiration photos and we’ll take it from there. We’re also happy to send you photos of any current arrangements at the time of your booking so you can review before deciding. 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 This unit is located on the second floor of a historic walk-up building. Guests will need to go up one set of exterior stairs and one interior stairway to access the apartment. Please note there is no elevator access. The host will personally greet all guests upon arrival to provide access and a brief tour of the space. The private outdoor patio is available for guest use and also serves as a great staging area during productions. However, we kindly ask that no gathering or lingering take place in any of the building’s common areas.
