We allow a maximum of 20 people, however, larger teams must be discussed in advance and the price will operate on a sliding scale and an extra insurance policy must be taken • Overnights & Shoot-and-Stays: Available upon request. • Use of Property: Includes all pictured areas and amenities. • Strict quiet hours 9PM - 7AM. Important Notes This is a family home, so please discuss with us ahead of time if you plan to shoot overnight. The Ridge London House Rules To keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: 1. Under 18s: Must be declared before arrival and accompanied by a chaperone. 2. Timing: • Please arrive no more than 2 minutes early. • You have 5 minutes after your session to pack and leave. • Sessions finish on time, even if you arrive late. 3. Extra Time: • Must be requested at least 1 hour before your session ends and is subject to availability. • Unauthorised overtime will be charged at 3x the normal rate, rounded up to 30 mins. 4. Noise: • Keep noise to a minimum when entering/leaving. • Music is allowed at a low volume only. • No loitering outside, or on the street, especially late. 5. Filming: • All spaces available 6. Attire: • Use cover-ups when moving between rooms. • Keep doors closed during lingerie or boudoir shoots. 7. Hot Tub: • Shower before use. • No oils. • Bring your own towels.
