LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY: Located in a gated community with 2 visitor parking spaces inside the gates and ample free street parking. Please note: The home is near an active train track, so there may be occasional train horn noise. However, it is brief and typically not disruptive. We believe in embracing the rhythm of life, and previous users have found it to be a minor and short-lived occurrence once aware. The community itself is located in East River /EaDo near I-10 E and Waco minutes from Downtown, Midtown and the Heights. Please note: The secondary room downstairs and the upstairs portion of the home are private and are not included in the rental.
