Our space is perfect for a wide range of fitness and wellness activities. Personal training sessions, strength and conditioning workouts, small group fitness classes, bootcamps, yoga, Pilates, functional movement training, and even physical therapy or rehab-focused sessions all work well here.
What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used?
The gym is open and versatile, offering a clean, well-maintained training environment. One side is equipped with rowers, bikes, ropes, wall balls, and free weight stations—great for HIIT, strength training, and endurance work. There’s also open floor space ideal for bodyweight exercises, stretching, or guided movement sessions like yoga or Pilates. The layout supports individual sessions as well as small groups without feeling crowded.
