The space is professional cleaned after events. The User and User’s guests will take great care to ensure that nothing is moved, stolen, damaged, rearranged or otherwise disturbed. At the sole discretion of Island SPACE, an additional fee may be required after an event to restore any damaged space to its condition prior to the event. Fees charged will be the actual cost to remediate the damage. To avoid this additional fee, the User must: A. Ensure that guests leave at the designated time B. Ensure there is no damage to the building or the contents C. Observe the time limit D. Bag trash and dispose off-site E. Remove all rentals and items brought on-site by the User
