Ghost Horse Ranch Mid Century Modern Home

Ghost Horse Ranch is a mid century modern horse ranch with 5 horses on the property. The outside includes 5 acres with a horse corral, horse arena, horse trailer, chicken coop, travel trailer and haystack with large patio with big wood dinner table and lounge area. The interior boasts an epic custom design in every room with 8" hexagon Spanish terracotta tiles throughout the living room, kitchen, dining room and guest room with a big open layout. Living room features a gorgeous MCM white malm fireplace with green fireclay tile backing and a large L couch with MCM divider. There is a recording studio with stunning deep red carpet and lounge area (that's gone viral). The primary bedroom is a time capsule of olive green carpet, bedding and wallpaper which includes a Moroccan full bath with double shower heads and a clawfoot tub. At the end of the house is a 550 sq ft art studio with 10' ceilings. It's big enough to shoot on a seamless if needed. The house is owned by a creative director and photographer duo who is available for productions if needed. The horses (and wrangler), travel trailer, Art Studio, 1970 Ford Truck, 1991 Montero can all be added to the rental but are a separate fee for each.
