Located within the historic Television City lot, our luxury space is set within one of Los Angeles’ most iconic entertainment campuses — the same grounds that hosted shows like The Carol Burnett Show, Hollywood Squares, American Idol, and Dancing with the Stars. Through a unique partnership with the legendary lot, we're proud to offer modern production facilities with a touch of broadcast history. Our white cyc studio space is perfect for projects across photo, video, livestream, and podcast. The cyc wall measures 30' L x 25' W x 15 H. In addition to the studio space, clients enjoy full access to amenity suites, including hair & makeup rooms, wardrobe and styling areas with vanity stations, green rooms, production offices, and dedicated client lounges. The space is adaptable for everything from content creation and brand activations to fittings, events, and long-term bookings. We also offer a loading dock with oversized doors, high-speed internet, HVAC, and three-phase power. Full grip, lighting, and digital packages are available for rental.
