Downtown Historic Storefront Studio

This historic building in the heart of downtown Modesto is a content creator and photographers dream location. Starting with the studio, recently remodeled, from a barber shop to fashion designers shop/ content and event space. With different areas in the studio, from vintage to art deco and multiple seating areas. It gives many photo opportunities. there is also a back drop with a few different color options. There is a small bathroom, small kitchenette area with a medium sized refrigerator. It has been used for intimate dinner parties ( 3 tables available) private paint parties and pop up shops. The studio shares the alley of Modesto most loved murals.
