Office and kids bedroom upstairs with a jack n Jill bathroom and two sinks. The roof deck is facing west with a spectacular view of the Rockies. It is off of the office through a door and stairway to the deck. Full dog park directly across our street. Directly across the street on the south side of our home is a well maintained walking path to Golden. Downstairs is the professional music production recording studio with a separate control room, separate live room and separate vocal booth. The other side is being finished with a billards table, full modern bathroom and movie theater. Music production studio is running and the other side is anticipated to be completed 2025. To use this music production studio, host must approve audio engineer, artist and usage.
