Suitable for Video Production & Photography. The ground-floor studio offers a large black electric roller shutter and on-site parking, making loading in and out a breeze, speeding up your production. The studio has a fully matte black ceiling, helping reduce unwanted bounced light, giving you maximum control over the environment. The concrete floor is finished in a middle-grey matte colour, neutral and easy to clean. The walls are sandblasted brickwork dating back to 1890s and a matte black custom set-build wall. The frosted windows can be blacked out using our custom black sound panels. The ceiling has 20 echo reduction round panels integrated, reducing unwanted reverberations since it's a big space! The studio boasts an extensive scaffolding rig system and 10 x 13amp double sockets across the ceiling. The studio offers 63amp 3 Phase, 2 x 16amp Commando Sockets and 7 x 13amp doubles sockets at ground level. Our studio is equipped with 24kwh of silent, non-light emitting Infrared Heating, keeping productions unaffected by common heating solutions. The scaffolding system was designed with DOPs, Gaffers and Grips in mind, ensuring that lighting can be rigged overhead safely with plenty of power options. The studio is NOT a sound stage. Generally, external audio levels are low and we have a great relationship with our neighbours should there be a specific requirement for extra quiet. The outdoor courtyard sits adjacent to the main studio, making it an excellent space for set building, relaxing, loading in/out and catering. There are 2 toilets (1 x disabled) at the studio and kitchen access on request.
