Layouts can be configured for classroom setups, dining arrangements, boardroom discussions, and more. The Parc features a spacious main area that can be divided or kept open depending on your needs. It comfortably seats up to 36 guests at the base rate. For events with 37–60 seated guests, an additional fee per person will apply to cover extra chairs, setup, and cleanup. Our award-winning space highlights sustainability, featuring sustainably sourced office furniture that adds a modern, environmentally conscious touch to your event. Adaptable layouts allow you to customize the space to perfectly match your requirements. Booking Guidelines: -Include one hour for setup before your event and one hour for cleanup after your event. -When submitting your booking request, please provide your expected guest count so we can confirm layout, staffing, and any additional fees for larger groups.

Cleaning crews come in daily and between bookings.
