Floor Maintenance: The 1,100 sq ft open floor is swept and mopped (or vacuumed, if carpeted – please confirm) to remove dust, debris, or spills, creating a clean and professional setting for your event or shoot. Bathroom Sanitization: The unisex bathroom is deep-cleaned, with the toilet, sink, mirror, and floor sanitized. We restock essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels to ensure guest comfort. Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied, and new liners are installed to maintain a tidy space. We provide bins for guest use during bookings. Ventilation Check: The space is aired out (if windows are available – please confirm) or HVAC filters are checked to ensure fresh air circulation, especially important for podcast recordings requiring clear acoustics.
