GCM Event Rental Space – Cleaning Process for Clients To maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests, we ask that all clients follow the cleaning process below at the end of their booking: Client Cleaning Responsibilities: Trash Removal: All trash must be bagged and disposed of in the designated outdoor trash bins. Do not leave trash or debris in the event space, restrooms, or common areas. Table & Surface Wipe Down: Wipe down all tables, countertops, and high-touch surfaces with disinfectant or cleaning wipes provided or brought by your team. Chairs & Furniture: Return all chairs, tables, and furniture to their original position unless otherwise discussed. Check for spills or damage and clean as needed. Floors: Sweep or spot-mop any noticeable dirt, spills, or sticky areas. Ensure floors are free of trash and debris. Restrooms: Check restrooms before departure. Dispose of paper towels and ensure toilets are flushed and tidy. Decor & Personal Items: Remove all decorations, signage, and any personal or rented items brought in. Be sure nothing is left behind. Final Walkthrough: Conduct a final walkthrough to make sure the space is clean and in the condition it was provided. Notify a staff member of any issues or damages immediately. Additional Notes: A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left in poor condition or cleaning expectations are not met.
